Design Process
We know you can almost picture it. The details are still a bit unfocused in your mind but after all the time you have spent looking through magazines, going to home shows and clipping pictures, you have begun to envision the possibilities.
Initial Design Meeting
At the first meeting we learn about what you want in your new home. We will discuss layout, square footage, style, materials and site considerations. A proposal will be given for the design and construction drawings, and upon accepting the process will begin.
Preliminary Design and Revisions
Shortly after the initial meeting, you will receive preliminary plans to review. Usually the first set is just the floor plans. Once we have completed the floor plans, then the elevations will be done. You will be able to review and make changes every step of the way. After that, the foundation and detail plans are created.
Completed Construction Drawings
The design process is complete at this phase. Final blueprints are provided to you. We will be glad to also work with you on the construction of your new project.
